room. With one full size bed, a comfortable chair
to sit in, and a desk for our business guests, and a 25" television
its no wonder these are our most popular rooms.

40 at your Motel. The purpose of this note is
to say thank you. Your motel was very clean.
The lady and fellow that waited on me were very
pleasant, friendly and helpful. I was driving
a 4 door dually, pulling a trailer with an antique
truck on it. I do this a lot and most motels
make me feel that I am an inconvenience to them
for having it. Your pillows were great! I didn’t
need a stack of 4 to get above the sheets and
your room rate was very fair. I wish I could
find more motels in my travels like yours, it’s
a shame there aren’t more. I felt you cared
about my comfort and not just the money."

in two full size beds for only $46.00 plus tax. I
don’t have to tell you it’s a bargain. In addition
to two full size beds, we equip these rooms with either
a large table and chairs or an executive desk and chair.
Most of the phones have an extra data port jack for those
of you who like to bring your laptops.

" My stay at the Cadet Motor Inn turned out to be a pleasing experience.
For my money I received a very clean, neat room. No fancy luxury, but
solid value for dollar spent. When in Coldwater again I will not

Triple Room (Family Room) for only $55.00 plus tax.

These rooms are oversized to be able to hold three full
sized beds, a table and chairs, and of course all of our
other amenities. These rooms are very popular with our
contractors who have three guys or for parents who somehow
are able to travel with four kids. No need for roll-away
beds or pull-out couches with this room. I saved the best
part of this room for last and that is the very affordable
price of only $55.00 plus tax.

to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in Coldwater
and particularly your Motel. We have three children,
one boy and two girls, and it is very difficult when
we travel because Michael usually ends up in a sleeping
bag on the floor. When the girl in your office mentioned
you had a room with three normal beds we were intrigued
and delighted. We had never heard of that before, usually
Motels will offer a cot or roll away bed. The real kicker
was when she said you offered a Canadian discount. With
the exchange rate it is always considerably more expensive
